RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivered all planned assets (website visuals, educational video, social carousels, business card) on schedule Replaced outdated visuals across the website with a consistent, premium look Cut visual production time significantly by using an AI-powered workflow instead of traditional photo and video shoots Created a reusable content system we can keep using for future social media and website updates

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Deliverables were consistently completed on time, even when we requested changes along the way Communication was fast and easy; questions and feedback were answered quickly Our revision requests were implemented accurately, without needing to repeat ourselves The team understood our brand and needs from the start, so the work stayed consistent from one deliverable to the next

What was your primary form of communication with Arty Digital?

In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What sets Arty Digital apart is how they combine AI-powered production with real design thinking. Speed and quality together: They deliver premium, photorealistic visuals and videos much faster than a traditional production process Deep technical know-how: They understand both the creative side and the AI and tooling behind it, so ideas turn into finished results without back-and-forth Brand consistency: Every deliverable, from website images to video to print, felt like part of one cohesive identity Flexible, one-stop service: Web, social media, video, and print design all handled by the same team

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arty Digital could have done differently?

Arty Digital was a strong partner overall. If anything, I'd suggest a few small refinements: A short written project brief or timeline at the start would help set expectations on deliverables from day one For visually complex work, a quick preview of the direction before full production would reduce revision rounds More regular progress updates on longer projects would make the process even smoother None of these affected the quality or delivery of the work, and the team was always quick to adapt.
