I’m the president of an IT company that builds mobile apps and web services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Artspire?

We needed help with the general design of multiple apps, including UI/UX, app store screenshots, and SaaS designs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Artspire has started from scratch on UX work, color schemes, and mood boards. The team has iterated in Figma to build out full screens with variants and has generally taken care of all our other misc design requests from logos to app store screens

We worked directly with Vlada at Artspire.

How did you come to work with Artspire?

We found Artspire through a designer/contractor discovery platform. We chose them because their portfolio aligned with what we were aiming for, and they were easy to connect and work with. I had worked with several other companies before but stuck with Artspire.

How much have you invested with them?

Would estimate $10,000+ and will continue to work with them as long as they'll have us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Considering that we started several things from scratch and offloaded the entirety of the design work to Artspire, it's safe to say that they've got our products across the finish line into production. Although it's difficult to quantify or attribute directly, having been in this space for 20 years, I know that Artspire's quality is the best I've had the opportunity to work with. The way Artspire solves problems is extremely thoughtful, offering many suggestion paths based on user needs while still covering our requirements. The team doesn't just build what we ask; they always do a great job taking the product and UX into consideration.

How did Artspire perform from a project management standpoint?

Artspire delivers on time. Our projects are very freeform, and the development and design work are done in parallel and sometimes back and forth. I never have a bottleneck or delay, and the team is always flexible when our specs change or when our development needs to catch up. Generally we communicate asynchronously on Slack but schedule overlap times when we need more rapid back and forth. Generally that wasn't needed, they did a great job inferring context and gaps in our specs. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Artspire's product thoughtfulness is impressive. I can tell that the team really spends time to understand our product so they can make suggestions and improvements without us asking. The team doesn't just fire off screens to get things done; they do it in a cohesive and complete manner so the end-to-end experience is top-notch.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Artspire to improve.

The project led to improved user engagement, clearer user flows, and a more professional brand perception. The new website structure and UI/UX enhanced usability and navigation, while the updated branding and presentations improved communication and overall consistency.
