The aim was to establish a recognizable presence for the business online and offline, with optimized messaging and professional marketing materials that engage the target audience.

The project management was excellent. The team delivered all items on time, meeting all agreed-upon deadlines. Additionally, they were very responsive to our needs throughout the project, regularly communicating with us to ensure that our requirements were being met.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Art Store?

We were looking to market our brand and product nationally. As a small company, we didn't have an in-house Marketing/Advertising team to help us create advertising material/media. We needed creative banners, magazine ads etc to make our brand known, so we engaged The Art Store for the purpose.

How did you select this vendor?

We knew the founders of the company and came across their website and saw their creative work there.

We explained what we do and what we require for the project. Both Adeel and Ruhbain took a deep interest and understood our work. Then they created a few mock-ups for us to review. It was creative work, and it was hard for us to choose one option. With their help, we agreed on one design and then fine-tuned it.

I worked with the founders/executives of The Art Store, and they internally had team members who worked on our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got many leads during the exhibitions where we used their creatively-designed banners, and potential customers spent time reading those banners. We were very pleased with the result of our project with The Art Store.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular meetings and the media exchanged over emails. It was a lovely experience working with the team. The delivery was quite efficient from their side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their creativity, timing, and interest in their customer's work.
