The scope of work is primarily focused on implementing the front end designs (desktop + mobile) that we come up with. The work flow is as follows:
When we have new designs or elements to implement, I send it Sunil for a quote in terms of how many hours it may take.
After approval of the quote, Sunil gets to work and typically submits work for review within 24-48 hours.
We then check for accuracy of his work based on our designs.
We submit any comments for fixes and Sunil works until he gets things right. Technologies used:

I’m the owner of a pharmaceutical company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aron Web Solutions?
We needed support to set up our Shopify store.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Aron Web Solutions has developed and designed our Shopify store. Initially, we discussed our company and the kind of store we were looking for. From there, the team came back to me with ideas and started the process of designing the store. After that, they returned to me with the content they needed to develop the website.
Currently, we're working with Aron Web Solutions on SEO to help push our store on Google and increase traffic.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with Sunil during the development phase, and we're currently working with another teammate from Aron Web Solutions for the SEO.
How did you come to work with Aron Web Solutions?
We found Aron Web Solutions online and saw they had good reviews. Additionally, they had a blog piece about the specific company I was looking to set up and how to maneuver it on Shopify. I inquired about getting a webpage, and when I got the inquiry back from Aron Web Solutions, they were very informative, so I decided to work with them immediately.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we've spent close to $1,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Aron Web Solutions has been excellent to work with. They get stuff done when I need it and are very responsive.
How did Aron Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Aron Web Solutions has been flexible, met our deadlines, and stayed on budget. Whenever we message them, they reply immediately and address our requests regarding content or web changes. Regarding communication, we use email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.
We've needed to extend the project because we've requested many adjustments, but Aron Web Solutions has been happy to do so, although it has increased their workload.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Aron Web Solutions has continued helping me even after they finished the website. I can contact them anytime if I have any questions or queries, and they'll sort it out. Aron Web Solutions has been invaluable and consistently supportive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything Aron Web Solutions can improve on. We're happy with their service.
