Arinko Inc.

Arinko Inc. is a software company in Osaka, Japan. We build business systems, web apps and mobile apps for a fixed price: ¥1,000,000 (about US$6,500) for the Standard plan, with 12 months of post-launch monitoring included.

How we work

• A fixed price. The amount we agree at scope sign-off does not go up. It only changes if you ask to change the scope, and even then we quote before starting.
• A senior engineer owns the project from design to launch, and is accountable until it's done.
• Working software within 2 weeks of scope sign-off. Most projects launch in 1–2 months.
• You get the full source code (you own the rights) plus screen and feature documentation. No lock-in.
• Bugs found within 30 days of acceptance are fixed free of charge. For 12 months after delivery we check your key screens weekly and reply by the next business day.
• The Standard plan covers about 10 screens and up to 2 external integrations. If your project won't fit, we tell you in the free first consultation.

Why we can keep the price fixed

AI writes much of the code. A senior engineer decides what to build, designs the data and permissions, reads and verifies what the AI wrote, and fixes what is missing: permission checks, unexpected input, secrets, concurrency and outdated libraries. Every screen is tested on real devices before release. Data handling with AI is written into the contract: we only use AI services that do not train on your input, and we never put personal data into AI without processing it first.

Launching a product in Japan?

We are a Japanese company, so we can build for Japanese users: native Japanese UI and copy, Japan App Store and Google Play submission, Japanese business practice, and hardware/IoT on site. We also design and manufacture small devices such as factory-automation gateways.

Communication is in English, mainly in writing (email and chat), with video calls when needed. We are on Japan time (UTC+9) and reply within one business day.
