Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the strategic partnerships manager at OpenTech Development, a software development company. We do custom and complex web apps and mobile app development.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arience Design?

We needed help redesigning our web page because we didn’t have an in-house designer. We wanted a minimalistic and straightforward design that matched our vision, and we wanted it to stand out from our competitors. Overall, we wanted an artistic web page enough to solve our business problems.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the prototyping and the design for our entire web page. We had feedback rounds with them and we managed to find the right design for us. The team created something very simple so that our clients could contact us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Arience Design did a great job in understanding our requirements and delivering accordingly. Overall, they implemented everything perfectly.

How did Arience Design perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication flow was really smooth, and they delivered a week earlier than expected. We were impressed by their professional approach and how they reacted to our feedback. They presented a couple of designs and when we wanted to tweak some things, the team immediately implemented the changes we wanted. Overall, everything went really smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened very carefully to what we wanted, and they gave us several design samples to choose from.

They did everything really well. We were really pleased with their job.
