I'm the owner of IT Outsourcing company which provides services for clients mostly in EU and USA.

For what projects/services did your company hire ARGENT TEAM?

We cooperate with ARGENT TEAM with the aim to set up a dedicated team for one of existing projects and empower the developing performance on the project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They showed a high expert level from the very beginning of our communication and I like the way they operate.

For one of the existing projects we had a need to increase a team with 3-4 additional developers. Guys from the ARGENT TEAM made a good proposal to set up such a team in Kyiv and did the job great.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have active communication with two co-owners of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team they set up performs very well. In my opinion it means they did the job great while recruiting, testing and hiring the staff.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In case of any questions appearing we always could have a call to discuss it quickly and in a goal-oriented manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really like a transparent information regarding the progress they provide.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All works well for me. We will definitely cooperate with them in future.
