We needed someone to develop our website and help us with SEO and PPC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arema Technology developed our website and provided SEO, PPC, and SMO services. They did email and social media marketing for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They also updated us before they did anything to the website.

What is the team composition?

One of the business development managers guided me on development and marketing. Additionally, there was a marketing team with designers, SEO experts, and SMO experts. We connected with 3–4 of them.

I found them through a Google search.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $23,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2021–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They increased our website’s Google ranking. Overall, the team was great and supportive.

How did Arema Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

We liked how they managed the project. We never had to ask for follow-up; they called an updated us on everything they did. They also met deadlines and stayed within budget.

We used Slack, phone calls, and text messages for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provided excellent services. We were very impressed with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there wasn’t anything to improve.

I'm the owner of Antra Resorts; we're a resort and events venue focused mainly on wedding ceremonies, events, engagement parties, etc. We also provide spa services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arema Technology?

We wanted to promote the business online, so we wanted to create a website to take our resort to the next level.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arema Technology helped build our website; I gave my requirements to the project manager, and they created a prototype. Also, the developers showed me every screen of the website, so I knew exactly what they were making. I suggested changes based on that, and their team implemented them accordingly — I’m very satisfied with their team because each member worked hard and took the time to explain the technologies to me and how they would improve my website. 

They built the website from scratch, and it has two parts;  a website for the users and an admin panel where we can manage everything. Its functionalities include our blog, an about section, contact methods, and info on the services we offer. In addition, users can click on a WhatsApp button on the website and reach me directly so I can start a conversation with them, which is very useful. There’s also a feature for booking rooms or events and other things to make the website attractive and manageable. 

Their team also provided all the documentation and a video recording explaining how to manage everything on the admin panel and make changes.

I worked with ten members of their team, including the project manager, the UI/UX designer, the content writer, the graphic designer, a senior developer, and the testing team.

We worked together from November 2021–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm fully satisfied with the website; I've been using it for 6–8 months and had great revenue and clientele after launching it. Also, a few days back, a section of the site wasn't working, so I contacted them, and they connected me to a developer who resolved the issue in 15 minutes. 

How did Arema Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered within budget and completed the website before the deadline. Regarding communication, we used phone calls, email, and daily Zoom calls to share updates.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I gave them an excellent rating; I was delighted with their involvement, and we didn't have any misunderstandings.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on; their team was great, and they even agreed to use my preferred forms of communication even though they use Slack.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend Arema Technologies to everyone that wants to increase their revenue— I was highly satisfied with their work.
