Arcus Consulting UAE

We are a consulting firm focused on helping companies who want to enter the UAE and wider GCC market with 3 specialized divisions: Trade, marketing, human capital.
Our trade advisory helps companies who want to expand into the UAE and wider GCC. Our services include:
- Go-to-market: We begin with market research, product positioning and landed-cost modelling (freight, duty, VAT, storage and last-mile). Route to market comes next, covering distributor vs own entity, retail and e-commerce. They also help you leave a distributor you’ve outgrown.

- Customs and import/export compliance: We prepare import licence and customs code registration, product registration, conformity certificates, labelling and shipping documents. We also handle everything related to customs including Dubai Municipality and customs inspections.

- Trading company setup: We advise on free zone vs mainland based on who your customers are rather than on cost alone. We cover licensing, visas, PRO, bank account opening, VAT and corporate tax registration, and can stay on as an outsourced finance function.

Should you require further support in marketing and/or hiring, our relevant advisors work with you for these requests.
