The goal was to centralize all core portfolio operations—such as contract tracking, payment scheduling, customer account views, and performance reporting—into a single, automated system.

The project included requirements gathering, system architecture design, UI/UX implementation, integration with internal financial tools, and complete process automation. Arcus conducted testing and provided onboarding for internal teams.
