I’m a tree care specialist at a company providing tree services for homeowners.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire ArboStar to accomplish for Tree Care Masters Pro?

We wanted to scale our business, so we were planning to develop our team. We wanted to have more team members, so we needed to be more organized. ArboStar was a very good fit because they helped us scale the team and organize the processes in the most accurate way.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ArboStar helps us optimize the scheduling and estimates. We don’t lose the follow-ups, so the conversions from estimates to confirmed projects are higher now. We also have a good track of our finances. ArboStar is a CRM system, and inside this platform, they have a lot of valuable features that help us optimize all these processes. We use it daily for doing the estimates, scheduling, tracking work orders, and reporting.

We’ve increased the conversion rate of closing deals by 20%. We’re now more productive and keep track of everything.

ArboStar’s team is very helpful. They help us be aware of everything. They also produce a lot of new features regularly. Every month, they have something new that’s really needed for arborists.
