Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project is a passenger information app.

The main idea is for mini bus operators to provide information to passengers such as the remaining time before departure. The UI/UX design was already made and the wireframes were provided. 

Complete integration (frontend -backend) and design the back office. The features were as such :
 - Passenger/driver login/account creation 
- Customer/driver account (including profile pictures, ID, contact etc...) 
- Origin-destination search 
- Available drivers display for given combination of origin/destination 
- Relevant information input on the driver side and display on the passenger side 

Back office components: 
-Customer Support Tools: Features for addressing customer inquiries and complaints. 
-Payment Processing : Integration with payment gateways to handle transactions securely. 
-Route Planning : Tools to create and manage routes, stops, and schedules. 

The most important aspects of this project are :
1) the need for real time information update 
2) the scalability. 

We're talking about about potentially up to tens of millions of users conducting queries simultaneously so reliability, stability and computing capability are of the utmost importance. The payment Gateway integration for customer monthly subscription that relies on mobile money system.

Deliverables : 
1) App UI screens, Server set-up, database, Backend and some UI
2) MOMO integration, API integrations
3) App and backend completion
4) Adding login via phone number and associated password management
5) French translation and wording corrections

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1) Materializing the vision:
Under Arbata's involvement the concept became a tangible reality that can be demonstrated.

2) Succefull Mobile Money integration:
The chosen payment gateway isn't a worldwide standard and was complicated to implement. Through much patience and dedication the team managed to succefully get the mechanics working

Their project management was flawless. Oftentimes, the team was ahead of me solliciting my guidance and actions so they could move forward. 

Communications were frequent and often well beyond their "normal" business hours to deliver as quickly as possible as they knew my time constraints.

Many of the adjustments, corrections and tech decisions were adequately suggested by the team and made a lot of strategic sense.
