BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CTO and Co-Founder of Evivez, LLC. My company is a logistics company with the primary service of "Product On-Demand". Our mission is to make products available to under developed countries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire AR Software, LLC, and what were your goals?

We needed a solution to effectively manage our order fulfillment process. As our company was growing in sales volume, it was becoming harder to effectively deliver orders on time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Anil ( founder of AR Software, LLC ). We worked together professionally on various IT projects before. Since, I already had a good relationship with him and knowing his caliber to deliver the solution that I needed. I decided to go with his new company that he started with the motivation to deliver quality system.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We needed a solution fairly quickly and the company proposed us to use Power Platform a No Code Low Code solution. We decided to go with their suggestion. Some of the major key deliverables: - Order Processing - Order Tracking - Customer Clearance - Last Mile Delivery

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people. - Project Manager - Lead Engineer - 2 Developers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Surprisingly, there were able to give us a MVP within 1 month of project initiation with which we were able to conduct various business operations. With the system that they delivered, we were able to meet out goal of delivering our orders from 30-45 days down to 10-15 days. Also, able to cut down on our shipment preparation time from 1 day down to an hour.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They followed very Lean Practices to roll out features every week. Communication were handled mainly through Microsoft Teams and all project details were maintained in ClickUp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a startup company, they provided us with affordable solutions and delivered features as quickly as possible especially since we were growing at fast pace. Rather than focusing on how to charge us more, they were vary accommodating to provide us workable solution first and improving through iterations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More documentation would have been better
