Hello, my name is Alessandro Incitti, im the founder and CEO of inc-media we offer our customers digital services such as graphic design, logo design or web design. Our latest project is a large LED advertising wall on which we rent advertising space to our customers.

They have a perfect solution for every requirement. Our goal was that they understood in easy and perfect way.

they told us how they would do it. Step afetr step. Thean we discuss it in our company to find the right way. In the end we had a video conference with everybody to finish the perfect line.

I was working alone. In my back were my partner and noe co owner. In communication with me at every time.

They are using nearly every tool which is needed to communicate or to end files. Even if they dont know the programm of the custumer which he is usally using, they install it and be there for you in your usable app or programm.

The comunication and the availability. I mean, we were working on different continents, but it was like they were beside me.

How did you select AppVoxel Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

I collaborated with AppVoxel for a graphic work concerning a UI/UX development for a native iOS application, in which his team has demonstrated all its artistic vein while still remaining faithful to the original guidelines set by me.

They have always shown her willingness to make changes until the idea has reached the final shape I wanted, which has been made easier by their continued openness to dialogue

The project developed by providing various possible options of ideas, to then culminate in a smaller set from where the definitive logo was chosen.

The tangibility of the work done is given by the effectiveness of the logo in its final form.

We communicated through Upwork, the response times were always very short as well as the presentation of the various logo options within a communication based on a one-to-one model.

Effectiveness, efficiency and speed.
