I’m the director of an educational center, Indigo International School.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Appsider?

Our website was old and we were having trouble with the server, so we needed a new website built.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave Appsider our ideas and desires for what we wanted in the new website. From there, they developed and designed it, handling everything in between.

The website addresses the various directions and projects that we have for different ages, ranging from kindergarten to education abroad to language school for adults and children. We also have a page for higher education that has search options to help parents choose the right school for their children.

They are currently working on another website, a learning management system (LMS), for students who want to study abroad. 

What is the team composition?

Alexander (Technical Director) is our main contact.

How did you come to work with Appsider?

My daughter recommended Appsider as the company we should use. After we presented our needs to them, we felt they could help us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around November 2020, and Appsider completed the first website in February 2021. However, we’re still working together. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The site Appsider completed is much better than our previous website. I’m extremely happy with their work.

How did Appsider perform from a project management standpoint?

We have some in-person meetings with their team and we mainly communicate via phone, Zoom, and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is professional and reliable, building strong relationships with their clients. They come up with good solutions and offer reasonable pricing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They can handle everything from start to finish, without needing to hire additional companies.
