They handled the entire Virtual HomeZen build from scratch. 

That included:

• Discovery workshops to clarify the business model and product scope
• High-fidelity UI/UX designs
• A web platform where users can upload property images, choose staging styles, and place orders
• Integration with Stripe for payments
• An admin dashboard for our internal team to manage and fulfill orders
• Customer account management and order history
• Analytics setup to track conversions and behavior
• Infrastructure setup and deployment

Everything was tailored to give us a strong foundation and the flexibility to grow.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product launched within just a few months. The system works exactly as planned—customers upload photos, place orders, and get back beautifully staged images within 24 hours.

A few key highlights:

• Excellent user feedback on the platform’s design and ease of use
• Dozens of paid orders processed in the first few weeks
• Fully automated order and payment flows
• A scalable backend that allows us to manage volume efficiently

They also gave us tracking tools and analytics from day one, which has been super valuable for understanding user behavior and refining our offering.

Project management was excellent. We had a clear roadmap from the start, regular check-ins, and always knew what was being worked on. They used Jira to track tasks and timelines, and Slack and Google Meet for daily and weekly communication.

They also took initiative—suggesting improvements, raising red flags early, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Applitude could have done differently?
