Applify Lab was founded in Dubai in 2025 by engineer Anh Nguyen, who studied computer science in Germany and has spent seven years building software.

We build custom apps and AI agents for founders and established UAE businesses, and we stay after launch to keep growing the product.

Diagnosis first, only what earns its cost

Before any code, we study your business, workflows and customers to find where the value is. Then we build the smallest version that delivers it and grow it in phases. No features you won't use, and no fixed price before we understand the project.

You talk to the people who build it

No sales layer and no handover to a junior team. You work directly with the founder and the engineers on your product, with a weekly update and a detailed monthly one. Every technical choice is explained in plain terms, so you stay in control.

You own the code, and we stay after launch

You own 100% of the code, the accounts and the data. After launch, the same team keeps the product secure and growing on a steady monthly rhythm. Apps and agents run in Arabic, English or any language your customers use, built with UAE PDPL and DHA in mind.

We start with a diagnosis of your business and agree a phased scope: the first version that earns its cost, then a roadmap. We build in two-week sprints, about two a month. Each sprint has a clear goal and ends with a review of what was built, so you see progress early and can change priorities between sprints.

You talk directly to the founder and the engineers building your product, on WhatsApp and by call. You get a short update every week and a detailed one every month: what shipped, what is next, and any risk we see. No silent weeks, and every technical decision is explained in plain terms.

It starts with a 30-minute call or a WhatsApp message about what you want to build. If we are a fit, we run a diagnosis of your business, workflows and goals, then send a proposal with a phased scope and timeline. After sign-off we set up the accounts in your name, agree the first sprint and start building.

You do. You own 100% of the code, the intellectual property, the infrastructure and the data, so you are never locked in, even if you change team later. We recommend keeping the App Store, Google Play and domain accounts in your company's name from day one.

The apps and AI agents we build can run in Arabic, including Gulf dialect, in English or in any language your customers use. Our team works with clients in English and German.
