I want to create a website where I can sell my Fishing and Marine products and I also want to rank the website in google. ae to increase my income

We found them through a friend's reference he hired them for different projects. Our project was a high priority, we needed a results-driven partner committed to providing customer support.

Initially, we designed a Figma for our project after that They designed and developed an open card business management solution. We first started with a discovery workshop to go over our business challenges. Then, they gave us workflows and design mock-ups to approve before beginning production. They completed the project in 6 weeks, which allowed us to test functions and give feedback and within one year we finalize the project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people in the core team, including a project manager, a designer, and 2 senior developers. Other resources would come and go depending on the project's needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Initially, we face different issues but their hardworking team leads us in a proper way and we are able to launch the project early, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the solution has reduced data entry errors by 70%. The data automation also frees up our employees' time, which allows them to focus on other tasks. Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated through slack, Skype, Jira, and GitHub.

they had a well-trained team and We can get direct access to the whole team at any time, they cooperate with us at any stage of development, which made it easier to communicate our ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

their quality of work was great. they could have been more diligent about the documentation and development phase. their communication skill was very good.
