We know them for another client, that recommend to us. We start with the communications to express our requests, after, the CEO and Principal Managers contact us. Together start to work in our necessities and expectations, we define after some meetings the goal and fundamental points, and after agree the terms, we started with the project.

The CEO in the beginning, and after, the developers team and the CDO. Between 4 to 6 persons.

Is an internal web that we are using in all the process and internal procedures. Provides to us control and execution of tasks, allow to the owners to know what is doing each person of our staff in all the time, provide to us fundamental information to take decisions and works in the fundamental areas like administrations, sales and construction.

Was great. We felt their support all the time.

The timeline to create a team for us and the final solutions to our request.

Always will be areas to made improvements, but we feel so comfortable with the actual status, and we are seeing next steps in the development.

Design of a platform for the development of a virtual fair for the construction and real estate sector that will aim to offer a technological solution for the construction business and real estate developers, where you can interact with potential buyers anywhere in the territory national, publicizing the different products and services.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The platform was able to handle the entry of more than 25,000 exhibitors in 10 days of the fair, something that could not be achieved with a common webpage; In addition, more than $ 100 million of real estate transactions were commercialized.

Periodic meetings were held with the project manager, where they alerted us to issues that were not going to give the times if we did it in one way or another. in such a large project it is impossible to cover 100% all communications effectively. The PM updated a gantt chart every month to check how we were doing.

We were impressed with the delivered platform, which served its intended purpose.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If, as the project enters phase 2 for the realization of a 2nd fair, the following list of improvements has been raised:
