Additionally, the app included in-app messaging to enable real-time recipe discussions and push notifications to alert users of activity. Key deliverables encompassed a complete UI/UX design and prototype (including wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups), robust backend development (handling database, APIs, and authentication), implementation of all core features, a real-time messaging system with notifications, and full testing and deployment including bug fixes, performance optimization, and app store submission.

Most notably, the launch was smooth and reliable, with 95% of critical bugs resolved before the app went live, resulting in a stable and polished user experience.

While the overall experience was highly positive, there were a couple of areas that could be enhanced. More comprehensive documentation, especially user and developer guides, would have added long-term value to the project. Additionally, extending post-launch support with a structured maintenance plan could further improve the app’s reliability and ongoing performance.

The MVP was completed and launched successfully. It’s fully operational and ready for user testing and early market feedback. Everything functions as expected, and I now have a strong foundation to scale the app further. Completing the MVP on time allowed me to move forward with my business strategy.
