App Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was mainly hired for our digital infrastructure and technical infrastructure. The company worked for improvement of digital presence, boosting social media and increasing visibility, IT support and consulting (website development, spftware development, app development etc.) ensuring a functional and user-friendly digital solution aligned with our objectives.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Until now, the ads created through App Technologies has crossed more than 8000 impresions along with leads generated around 100-200 every ad campaign. The social media content has been consistent while we have been aprreciated many times for our website and secure email tools. We were almost hacked but with IT consulting partner, we were safe due to App technologies efforts and guidance.

The team were punctual on deadlines and positive to feedbacks implementing each time. The working environment was never to question about while the team was research and result oriented. Overall, they were always ready of what next to do, which is quite appreciative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unlike other companies, App Technologies was always focused on action rather than words. The answer for every why, when and how was prepare by the team before we even ask for, overall the team provided us NGO's IT service package in affordable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something App Technologies could have done differently?

We would really appreciate if they improved on punctuality during meeting starting time while the deadlines for work was always on time.

App Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provided comprehensive IT support to Nyano Ghar, covering both hardware and software-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The support included IT consulting services to improve overall digital systems, along with assistance in website hosting and management.
Additionally, the company contributed to strengthening the organization’s digital presence, supported cloud-based email setup and maintenance, and addressed cybersecurity-related concerns to ensure secure and reliable digital operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project showed clear progress and satisfactory results. Nyano Ghar’s social media presence improved, and Meta ads helped increase visibility and reach. The new website and its content management led to around a 30% rise in organic traffic within two months. In addition, software support for record-keeping made data management more organized and efficient.

The project management was smooth and well-organized. The team was punctual and consistently delivered the promised work on time. They were responsive to our needs, quickly addressing issues as they arose and always staying prepared with the next steps and possible solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The enthusiam to solve every issue arose and strategy for issue that could be arose is one thing App Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was always prepared up and the dedication to communicate with the team without thinking of whether this is my job or not was the most impressive thing. One thing that our team found unique is the solution for every IT related issue under one roof along with digital profile management for our company. Overall, the working environment is good. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something App Technologies could have done differently?

App Technologies Pvt. Ltd., to some extend can improve the communication system although they are open to feedbacks but reaching out even after the project completion would enhance their image.
