This includes the full iOS and Android app architecture, chat room system, business/service listing features, notification infrastructure, and self-serve promotion tools. They also host and run the app on their own servers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within four months of launch, Amerika Cepte reached 30,000 users. The app now sees around 108,000 monthly in-app sessions, 887,000 monthly screen views, and an average session length of over five minutes — all supported by the stable, scalable infrastructure App Genie Limited has built for us.Beyond raw user growth, our key goals include building a sustainable B2B sponsorship and advertising revenue stream (banner placements, sponsored chat room messages, and in-app promotions for law firms, financial services, and consumer brands), driving engagement through push notification campaigns and community content, and maintaining strong retention through features like our loyalty/rewards program. App Genie Limited's infrastructure has supported all of these initiatives reliably as we've scaled.In terms of engagement, our push notification campaigns reach over 12,000 opted-in users, and our in-app ad placements generate a 2.73% click-through rate across roughly 55,000 impressions in a single month. On the monetization side, we've generated around $50,000 in revenue through our sponsorship model — banner placements sold in 3, 6, and 12-month packages, plus partnerships with brands and financial services companies advertising directly to the Turkish diaspora community — and this revenue continues to grow. The average session length of over five minutes also reflects strong day-to-day engagement with the platform.While we don't track a formal cohort-based retention percentage, our daily active user rate sits around 5.5% of our registered base. This, combined with the average session length of over five minutes, reflects a core group of consistently engaged users returning to the platform regularly as our overall user base continues to grow.

How did App Genie Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

App Genie Limited's project management has been excellent. Communication is always fast — we work through Slack and get quick responses. Despite being in different time zones, we've never experienced any disadvantage from that. Deliverables have generally come in on time, and any issues that come up are always resolved. The team divides responsibilities clearly, so I always know exactly who to reach out to for a given task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stands out most is the level of trust we've been able to build with the team. They've handled every technical detail from the ground up, and we've never had to second-guess their work. Combined with their fast, clear communication and consistent on-time delivery despite the time zone difference, it feels less like an outsourced vendor and more like a true extension of our own team. That trust is exactly why we've now signed on with them for a second project, and we're excited to see where it takes us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's hard to point to something major because the experience has been very positive overall. If I had to name one small area for improvement, it would be more proactive documentation of technical decisions along the way. This way, non-technical team members like myself would have an easier time following the reasoning behind certain changes without having to ask.
