We needed help completing objectives in a timely manner with my requirements being fulfilled completely and multiple tests during the process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

App Aura has been helping us with discovery, planning, development, training, and deployment. The team has delivered a software application synced with our database and integrated with the app we’re currently using to enhance achievements.

We started working together in January 2026, and the engagement ended in March 2026

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

App Aura has met my requirements and expectations of how a bot should talk to my clients. The bot has helped increase our client outreach and explore the market, which could take a lot of time with our old process. Overall, the bot has helped us achieve a good number of client engagement on a daily basis, with nearly a 40% increase in the first month.

How did App Aura perform from a project management standpoint?

App Aura’s project management is good. The team delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

App Aura’s dedication and understanding of my needs are impressive. The team shapes the product in the way I want things to be done. They’re also very good at maintaining constant communication over deliverables and testing phases.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
