The team at APG Software Solutions has truly transformed our soccer coaching business by making everything our processes run smoother and bringing in more customers. By connecting different tools we use, they reduced the workload on our admin staff and saved us a lot of time. Their knowledge of Monday.com and our businesses tools is very apparent, and we are excited to keep working with them to further automate our business where possible

Develop a web-based app from an identified scope of works. Significant integrations with multiple dynamic elements for processing. Development was required in a short timeframe with minimal room for error. A custom development with minimal real world examples.

Faultless operation. Delivered in strict timeframes. Multiple changes to development pathways during this course. Fair prices and good communication.

Timeframes were extremely tight and due to the dynamics of the changes in the development environment, the timeframes were met to an excellent standard. 

Communication is important to this development, it was easy to get in contact and to organise times for sit-down meetings. made us feel confident that APG was confident in their progress.

They did a great job managing themselves and us, great follow up and very accommodating when issues came up on our side.

We were impressed with their ability to pivot along with us as our business environment changed that necessitated scope changes.

Would have been cool to see a Kangaroo or a Wallaby on screen, but it never happened.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

APG solved key problems that were slowing my development time, and also allowed me to bring important new functionality to the app.

I couldn't have asked for more or better. Items were always delivered on time, with a high degree of quality, and they were always accessible for meetings, especially if I booked a time through their Calendly. They almost never rescheduled, and if they did always let me know in advance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Adam is a top performer with a high level of acumen in Bubble. APIs, and AI. He is also excellent at articulating technical concepts, which was important to my personal process as a no-code developer.

I honestly can't think of anything. All my needs were met and I look forward to continuing work with APG.
