The only minor challenge was handling SEO for multilingual for larger websites, where progress was slightly slower, but overall it didn’t significantly impact results.

The Aonexpert team managed everything in a very structured way. We had weekly calls where they walked us through what was done that week and what they were planning for the next. They used Asana to keep all tasks organized, so it was easy for us to track progress. At the end of each month, they also sent us a clear summary of sales performance and the plan for the coming month.

They were consistent, on time, and always quick to respond whenever we needed something.

I'm the owner of La Petite Ourse, a retail company. We offer cute, affordable cloth diapers with a top-rated warranty. Our products are available at over 350 retailers across Canada and Europe.

We needed help optimizing our listings and ads and troubleshooting issues with our Amazon account.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AONExperts provides end-to-end Amazon account management. The team helps with images, keywords, and ads to ensure our listings perform well. AONExperts also speaks with Amazon on our behalf to resolve issues. Regarding images, their internal team has reworked several pictures to ensure they meet shoppers' expectations, especially the first and second images. The team has also guided us in video creation.

We work with four teammates from AONExperts.

I found AONExperts after posting a job posting. They applied as a firm. I chose them because they weren't about hype or boasting numbers. Instead, they dove right into the market trends and our capacity (or not) to be competitive.

AONExperts provides ongoing sales and market analysis to adapt our content. The team has explained certain ups and downs in product demand, allowing me to better control inventory management. As a result, we've achieved much tighter and more efficient ordering based on forecasts.
