My process is simple, hands-on, and transparent. I start with deep site observation by understanding the land, climate, water flow, soil, and how people will actually use the space. From there, I translate insights into a clear concept and site strategy, aligned with budget and long-term intent. Once the direction is locked: - I break the project into clear phases with realistic timelines - Share drawings, 3D views, and updates at every milestone - Stay closely involved during execution to ensure the design is built with integrity, not diluted on site Because I work solo, communication is direct, decisions are faster, and accountability is clear. Clients always know what stage the project is in, what comes next, and why each decision is being made.

I collaborate closely and intentionally. I start by listening and understanding your land, your goals, your constraints, and how you want the space to feel, not just how it should look. From there, we work through regular check-ins where I share progress, explain decisions, and invite feedback early, before things are locked. I keep communication simple and direct: - Clear expectations from day one - Visuals and explanations that make decisions easy - Honest conversations when something needs rethinking I see clients as partners in the process. My role is to guide, translate the land and the design, and make sure the final space truly reflects both the site and the people who will live with it.

Turnaround time depends on the site and scope, but I work with clear, realistic timelines from the start. Typically: - Initial site study + concept: 1-2 weeks - Site planning and design development: 3–6 weeks - 2D drawings and technical documentation: 2–4 weeks - 3D visualization (if required): runs parallel with design I don’t rush the early stages, especially observation and site research, because that’s where the project’s long-term success is decided. Once the direction is set, the process moves steadily, with regular updates and no unnecessary delays.

My onboarding process is calm, clear, and personal. We start with an initial conversation to understand your land, intent, budget range, and timeline. If it feels aligned, I request basic site information and references to study the context properly. Once we decide to move forward: - I share a clear scope, timeline, and fee structure - We lock the engagement and project phases - I set up a simple communication flow so you always know how and when we’ll connect The goal of onboarding is not speed, but alignment. By the time we begin design, both the direction and expectations are clear, and the work can move forward with trust and focus.
