Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the project manager at Heeko Academy. It is an Academy Which helps students learn and develop themselves with our courses and also get an internship through us.

For what projects/services did your company hire Anteelo, and what were your goals?

We hired Anteelo for Web development. We started building an online community that was web-based and we wanted to have a Website that would connect to that community.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a web development company to help me create my website. Anteelo was on my radar, and I decided to reach out to them. I had originally found them after searching online for Web development companies without really knowing what I was looking for. I eventually shortlisted three different companies. I met with the other two companies and Anteelo and ended up going with the latter that same day.

I chose Anteelo because they had impressive resumes, and all of their previous clients seemed to have had a fantastic experience working with them. They were also easy to talk to. Despite me being a small business owner, they seemed willing to give me the same level of attention that they would give to a multi-national enterprise.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Anteelo designed and developed the entirety of my website. I didn’t provide any wireframes or designs, and we put together a basic concept through brainstorming and collaboration. They gave me direction in terms of actionable steps, and I began to send over drawings and other materials to provide them with a better sense of my idea. We talked almost every day, in the beginning, to iron out my vision.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with a team of about 9 people who all specialized in different roles. The team was organized very well and covered all the bases.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Anteelo has done phenomenal work for us. They’re a very good company. They understood all our requirements and managed the execution and implementation very well. A positive factor about working with Anteelo was the extensive set of features they were able to build. We’re only removing some now because the market moved in a different direction. Users don’t want too many features on one website. Most prefer having one functionality that works beautifully.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Project management is a true strength of this company. We were pleasantly surprised by their efficient service and productive methodology. The project management tool we used was very effective. We used Skype and WhatsApp to correspond.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Anteelo's focus on customer success, the track record for meeting project goals with increasingly complex requirements, and the ability to respond quickly to unforeseen scenarios make them a great development partner. They’re a great service provider with concrete assets and house a staff of 50-60 developers. The organization has a great culture and work ethic, which translates into great product development. Anteelo hits a lot of benchmarks like technology, quality, reliability, communication, and feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Anteelo is expanding into new technological frontiers such as AR and VR, and I encourage them in this endeavor. Our own project in the near future will incorporate AR, and we look forward to developing these features with Anteelo.
