What specific goals or objectives did you hire eMode Digital to accomplish?

• To design and develop a modern, scalable Web SaaS platform that enables users to create, manage and operate AI Agents. The goal was to deliver a clean user experience, a flexible architecture and a production-ready MVP that supports real use cases.
• To build a solid product foundation that can grow quickly without needing to rebuild the system later.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Emode Digital handled the entire product build from start to finish. They created the UX flow, designed the full UI, and developed the web app using React and modern front end practices. They also set up the database in Supabase, built the core agent architecture, integrated the AI models, and connected the system to external APIs.
Key deliverables included: a full design system, responsive UI screens, an onboarding wizard, dashboards, the AgentRunner structure, user authentication, data storage, and a working SaaS MVP deployed on Vercel. The result was a stable, clean and scalable product ready for real users.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP allowed us to move forward into investor conversations. We are currently in early fundraising discussions and planning the next development phase, so the product will keep expanding as we secure additional resources. The foundation Emode Digital built gives us a strong base to scale quickly once funding is finalized.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was very organized and clear. They delivered everything on time and kept me updated throughout the process. Anna was quick to respond, explained each step, and adapted the work whenever I needed changes. Communication was smooth and the workflow felt efficient and professional.  The combination of professionalism and great communication made the whole process much easier.

They blend strong product thinking with great design and fast development

Are there any areas for improvement or something eMode Digital could have done differently?

There were no major issues. The only thing I would mention is that I sometimes wanted more frequent status updates, but overall the communication and delivery were very solid.
