I'm a full-stack JavaScript engineer specialising in React Native and Node.js, with four years building production systems for supply chain, logistics and retail operations.
Most of my work falls into two categories. The first is performance rescue: apps that have become slow, bloated and frightening to change. I rebuilt a legacy React platform into a scalable application in three months, cutting load time 4x and bundle size 20x, and rebuilt its Android and iOS apps from scratch, taking download size from 30MB to 18MB and cold start from 14 seconds to 2. I measure before I touch anything and hand back before-and-after numbers.
The second is domain work. I've built warehouse management flows end to end — receiving, putaway, bin-level counts, pick strategies — plus vendor collaboration platforms, ERP integrations, and event-driven pipelines on Kafka and Apache Pulsar. I currently build real-time ingestion and analytics infrastructure for a US logistics AI company. Most engineers need six months to learn this vocabulary. I don't.
I've delivered end to end for a client in London as the sole point of contact, and I work daily with a US team, so async collaboration and timezone overlap are routine rather than a risk. Fixed scope, fixed price, a working demo every week, and documentation your own team can run with at handover.
