Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and owner of All Around Moves' home and office relocation company, based in Red Bank, New Jersey.

For what projects/services did your company hire AnimationBD, and what were your goals?

We signed up for ten short animated films focusing on all the benefits of my business. After finishing the second animated video production, I know that they also offer digital marketing services. My company needed complete digital branding, and I took a shot. I hired them to design my website, optimize my site, social media marketing, and start content marketing.

Within a year, I have seen the only positive result, visitors to my website started to place orders. It is incredible now that we are scaling, and I have expanded my business. The best experience working with them is that the founder is like a family member to me. We talk about improving the business. He would always suggest being the best option for the money I am willing to spend.

How did you select AnimationBD and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor approached me to provide solutions to uplift my business through LinkedIn. After several calls and email exchanges, the founder has clearly shown me how to set up a digital marketing solution for my company. Based on their previous work sample and comprehensive guide, I accepted their proposal and signed the contract for working in the long term.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Initially, we started with explainer videos to showcase my service to the audience through social platforms. For 10 explainer videos, we have signed a contract, each episode be within 2 minutes of length, will have various characters, and the agency will deliver the following; Script, Voiceover, Storyboard,  Animatics,  Animations, and Final video.

Later on, AnimationBD pointed out that I need to work on our website, and I had only a domain purchased and decided to sign up for their web design and development service. They have included Complete web design with every service and landing pages, Optimized search engine for my website, Monthly website management.

Later on, I hired an agency to provide me with SEO, SMM, and Content marketing solutions monthly basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before digital marketing my brand with the vendor, I had no booking coming through emails. After they started the work, it took 30 days to start calls coming in. In 90 days, I started to get 4-6 orders per week on average.

Recently after they revamped the content marketing, my sales have gone up by 120% Organic monthly traffic has gone up by 71%, and sessions have gone up by 67%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is always smooth communicating with the vendor, I directly call the founder for any inquiries, and he answers everything for me. Workflow is extremely effective as anything I intend to append for my service. The team takes care of it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The unique value proposition is their art actually has the power to build a strong brand that actually gets customers. The vendor is a hidden gem. I initially started to work with them for explainer videos, and only when I asked if they offer other services a whole host of options were opened in front of me. 

They are innovative and creative, and they know fantastic marketing techniques for your success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have offered me all the solutions in the beginning so that I could have hired them in the first place for a complete digital marketing solution. Then again they were not pushy sales type but solves problems efficiently.
