I was looking for an effective and proficient way of aiding me in conveying my lectures to my students when I was suggested to use explainer videos. For this I partnered with Anideos to produce a short explainer video to test this new method of content delivery. The video was 45 seconds long and the script and voiceover for the video was provided be me. In return Anideos designed storyboards and final animation for my script.

I collaborated with their project manager Khurram on this project. He was a delight to work with. He showed me different animation styles and medical videos that they have worked on before to gave me an idea of what the final outcome will look like. Once done with that he was kind enough to prioritize my project and deliver it in a span on just 14 days.

Their turnaround time was amazing. Although I was skeptical at the beginning of the project but Khurram assured me that they have worked on various medical videos on delivered projects in recorded time and to my surprise he upheld his promise by delivering the video in just 14 days.

Working with Anideos was a great experience I don't think they need to do anything differently.

We wanted to develop an engaging and informative explainer video aimed at creating awareness about our offerings and increasing the conversion rate. The video was to be approximately 30 seconds in length and had to effectively communicate the key features and benefits of our service to the target audience. The project deliverables include a storyboard, professional voiceover, and the final complete explainer video.

• The measurable outcome we used to indicate the effectiveness of the explainer video was the conversions to our website. The video achieved a 123% increase in conversion rate within 2 weeks of its utilization compared to our other posts and content, it demonstrates that the video successfully captured the attention and interest of the target audience, leading to a higher number of desired actions, such as website visits.

The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive tutorial series that will guide users through every step of the customization process, from selecting a product to adding their own artwork and logos. The Key Deliverables for the project included: Voiceover and screencast videos.

We selected this vendor through a listing site. After getting their profile we search for their online presence and portfolio. Their strong web presence and high approval rating on different listing sites was the deciding factor for us to continue the project.

The video was a simple explainer video explaining how our board portal allows the top management to collaborate securely and more efficiently. The project started with the kick-off meeting, after discussing the initial brief we went towards script writing.

For us, this was the most important step as we wanted them to communicate our message in an engaging yet simple way, and to our surprise, their writing team did a splendid job. The script was just perfect and was appreciated by everyone. After the process was pretty simple. They provided us with a storyboard and then the first draft of the final video. After it was finalized they provided us with the final video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Khurram who was the account manager for our project and POC for this project. We usually communicated over emails and over zoom for important discussion.

We have uploaded this video over our social media and channels and it was also used by our sales team for their pitches to the clients. Over all, we have observed great outcomes and the video has greatly assisted our sales efforts.

The management style was seamless and simple, Khurram kept us updated on every major step of the project and was easy to talk to. He was also very responsive to the changes we suggested and the best part was he didn't charge any extra amount for those changes.

We hired Anideos to create floor plans and interior designs for our latest housing project. The goal was to visually demonstrate our construction plans to assist our project managers and provide a visual to our customers about the final outcome.

Anideos was recommended to us by one of our associates. In our initial meeting, they suggested we go with 3D floor plans instead of regular 2D ones. We were so impressed with the quality of the samples they provided and the price they charged that we decided to finalize the deal.

For the 3D floor plans, the process was pretty simple, I provided the brief of every floor, and they converted it into Beautiful 3D floor plans as per our brief. For the interior designs, we had to provide them with the necessary details, including placement of furniture, furniture style, and other essential information, which they converted into 3D renders.

The feedback process was usually on zoom calls to better explain the requirements of the project and to make sure that we all were on the same page. Occasionally we also provided them with feedback over email.

The Floor plans helped us immensely in project completion. While the interior designs helped us with our marketing strategy and brought down the overall project cost as they helped us visualize our thoughts and eliminate unnecessary things at the initial stages.

The project management style was every agile and the entire process was managed on Trello. Which made it easy to see the progress of the project and provide timely feedbacks when required.

Their management style was very unorthodox yet extremely streamlined which increased the turnaround time of the project.

It would have been great to work with the production team directly, but due to geographical complications that wasn't possible. However, they did a great job on the project execution.

Till now Anideos has produced 6 videos for us and the quality and outcome is amazing. We have recorded great numbers of views on our YouTube channel and the series has helped us immensely in promoting our services and creating awareness.

The account manager was pretty corporative through out the process, he understood the importance of our deadlines and made sure that the videos were delivered on time. For feedback, they uploaded the videos on their YouTube channel on private settings and shared the links with us. Once reviewed we shared our feedback with necessary changes through email or zoom meeting if needed.

Their timeliness was really impressive. We have been working with them for more than 5 months and every time they manage to deliver on time.

I don't think so. Their operations seems pretty organized to me and we had no issue with them over the months we have worked together.

We needed four professionally produced full-color covers for four core rulebooks for our upcominf tabletop fantasy role-playing game.

How did you select Anideos and what were the deciding factors?

Of all the artists I contacted they were the most responsive and professional in their interactions.

There was an initial consultation during which I told them the nature of the project and it was explained to me what they needed from me in order to produce the covers I was requestion. A cost was quoted.

I paid half of the cost up front and provided the cover descriptions as well as examples of other work that illustrated the kind of results I was expecting. Given the nature of the project, they asked for an additional cost, to which I agreed, but was not required to pay up-front. At the completion of a sample for each cover I was permitted to request up to two edits.

There were occasionally phone calls to discuss my edits. At the completion and approval of all four samples I was invoiced and paid the remaining cost. The final covers were delivered to me in two digital formats.

How many people from the Anideos team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only worked with the team lead. I never spoke to any other team member directly or electronically.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I wasn't the easiest customer to work with. I connected with Anideos over Facebook and was consequently a little paranoid about being taken advantage of. I needn't have been. Every interaction, both in email and over the phone, with the team leader was professional, responsive and sensitive to what I wanted out of the project.

Working on four covers for my upcoming fantasy RPG, the first was an automatic hit - spot on perfect. We had some edits on the others, with an almost complete reversal of theme and content for the last. But with each edit they were right there with me and in the end I have four absolutely stunning covers I will be proud to put on my rulebooks!

I'm an old-school businessman, preferring a face-to-face handshake to this remote, digital, no-contact world we live in. It was uncomfortable for me to work with a team I never met nor even had a glimpse of. But you can't argue with results. I am very satisfied with my project from Anideos and will definitely work with them again.

We communicated via email or over the phone. While English was not my contact's mother tongue, there was no barrier to communication - he spoke English very well. He listened, then responded. It was a very fluid communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The final art was impressive. As I mention above, I'm not accustomed to working with project partners 100% remotely and was uncomfortable doing so. But in the end I am pleased with the process and results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One of the initial images they shared for my second cover included an image I'd seen elsewhere on the internet and I was concerned about plagiarism. It was explained to me that the image was only a placeholder and not the final image. Still, I think they should avoid even the appearance of such impropriety in the future.

I hired Anideos to provide digital animation and screenplay writing services for a digital short video project. Initially, I only wanted to hire them for a book I wanted to write, but instead, we decided to pursue the digital short.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially provided Anideos' team with the story for the animation I wanted them to create. I also provided my vision for the characters' look and the screenplay. From there, they've made the animations and storyboard and have done some audio mixing for the background music. I've also provided some of the music for Anideos to use for the intro section of the video. 

Once the project is done, it will be available on Youtube. The overall goal is to take it to a more exclusive platform, but we're still working on generating interest for that.

I've worked exclusively with Harris (Co-Founder & COO). 

How did you come to work with Anideos?

I found Anideos on Thumbtack after searching for book illustrators. Other companies I found on Thumbtack had hit-or-miss reviews, but Anideos had a lot of good reviews. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, I've invested around $500 with Anideos, anticipating that it will take double that to get the first episode off the ground. 

What is the status of this engagement?

This ongoing project with Anideos began in April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

At the end of the engagement, per our contract, I will have full ownership of anything Anideos creates regarding the development of the story we're working on now. I've had a very nice collaboration with Anideos — they've gone out of their way to be customer-service-focused and provide me with well-developed products. 

How did Anideos perform from a project management standpoint?

Anideos has met every deadline they've placed. We mostly communicate through email and phone calls, but they prepare project updates through Google Docs. However, we're still very early in the process and may use more technologies during the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anideos is more established in the industry than I am, but Harris has been a consummate professional. He's going out of his way to provide next-level service to bridge the gap between our experience levels. I've been nothing but pleased with the entire experience. Anideos is very responsive and understanding, making them stand out from other vendors. Anyone would be hard-pressed to find another company that provides more value in terms of the whole customer experience. They provide exactly what clients want, which distinguishes them from their competitors. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe down the line, I'll have a few suggestions of what Anideos can improve, but at this point, I have nothing for them to improve.

Produce animated sequences for two videos, including storyboards and animation. Goal was decent quality animation that followed the art style and direction of the project, and meeting the tight project timeline.

Sales person did not explain full scope of work. Once I was passed over to a project manager, the full scope of work was discussed and project budget increased.

Vincent (project manager). He was amicable to work with, but there were communication challenges as some emails and communication seemed to have been missed all together that resulted in animation that wasn't following direction and causing delays in the delivery timeline.

This caused some communication challenges as specific points and files in the emails were missed and had to be repeated multiple times after seeing work that was not following direction

They have a network of animators at different price points, and are available to start on short notice. Good for selection

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

• Better communication about total project scope and budget at the sales stage
• Following all direction for the project that was communicated to them
• Meeting strict project timeline and milestones - they were too lenient with their timeline and not valuing the client's timeline needs
