I'm a co-founder and director of Cloudoffis a SaaS based FinTech company based in Australia with development teams in India

For what projects/services did your company hire Anblicks, and what were your goals?

In order to develop world class products and a platform for businesses to automate their processes we built our own team of talented & dedicated developers. In addition, we were looking for augmenting our team for parallel and quicker development cycles. Finding a company that can match your standards and keep up with ups and downs of resource requirements is a challenging task

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

People behind Anblicks were referred and talking to them it was evident that they had built their structure to adapt to needs of customers like us. Key criteria was skills, quality, speed and importantly retention of resources for optimum utilization of resources. In our evaluation, Anblicks was quite impressive with proven record of working with customers in India, US and Europe

Our product required skills around Java, Angular, Cloud, AWS, QA etc. We formed our team comprising team members from Anblicks. Also, we gave some of the work as carved out on project basis. In both instances Anblicks came through

Anblicks team started small with 3-4 people to grew up to 20 people at a time. We had:

• developers
• UI
• UX
• QA
• Infra Management roles extended with Anblicks

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch two products in market within span of 3 years. Availability of required skillset and flexibility of ramping up or down allowed us to focus on our core area and build the product as well as provide support and maintenance of products effectively to market. Without help from Anblicks it would have been costly and lengthy.

Anblicks has competent people and good processes themselves. Their resources are groomed to adept to customer environment, follow discipline required for clear communication, meeting timelines and quality checks. We took some time initially establishing our requirements around project management and communication, after that Anblicks team's managers took care of it without much of followups.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Anblicks invests in people. They are ready and take pride in their work. The culture at Anblicks was about working towards the client's success - this keeps things aligned. They continually upgrade skills of their deployed and available resources.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our only challenge with Anblicks was our needs vs their needs of expansion!

Creation of our entire start-up platform and marketplace, from concept, wireframe to design and development. They did it all!

We have worked with two key front and back end developers from day one with others supporting them along the way as needed

We launched the 4 portals within 9 months of conception and were live to the public with Australia's first online dental marketplace

Anblicks are happy to work with any communication tools we've asked for during our time. This includes WhatsApp, email, slack, Trello, Zoom, and Teams.

Their passion and determination are impressive.
