Owner and CEO of a custom framing company in Vancouver. We have about 6 employees.

We hired Anatona LLP to help us manage our company. They also provide exit planning advice and services.

The project involves building financial planning and forecast. CFO consulting. Day to day operations and cash flow management.

What was the team composition?

We work directly with the project lead and partner. He delegates design and other work as required to his team memebrs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to cut losses and increased profit margins over 16 months. We also cleaned up our book and had it prepared for exit, which will take place in May 2021.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. They manage the service and deliver outcome as promised

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They always deliver more than promised. At first I am not sure about including a third-party in our management decision process. But they really plan and execute like my business is their own business. They take full responsibility for handling all areas and provide guidelines for me to better my jobs.
