Yes. we were in the wrong type of warehouse. They need to update their systems to include different case sizes for the same sku. They also are not currently able to optimize for the new FBA shipping g fees. They are only case-forwarding

AMZ Prep helped get all of our product from the customer into their facilities and then ultimately into FBA fulfillment centers in Canada.

AMZ prep was very speedy with turning our inventory around and getting it into FBA as quickly as possible. They helped us with understanding how to best get our goods across the border and then from there how to get it into FBA and they were very accountable with inventory management.

They were great at project management and met all needs on time. They were also very responsive whenever we needed anything or even just for overall advice.

The temporary portal on the backend proved to be a bit challenging. I had to set up separate accounts for the US and Canadian sides of Amazon. I believe it would be beneficial for them to invest more time in developing a unified portal that consolidates everything seamlessly for a more efficient workflow.
