Paid £3,000 over 3 months for Amazon case management.
Zero cases resolved. Zero reimbursements submitted.

Best-selling products were discounted without approval, causing immediate losses. Amazon later flagged documents submitted on my behalf as “forged or manipulated,” which put my account at risk.

After termination, a £1,500 refund was requested and acknowledged in writing but never processed, leading to an Amex dispute.

As a seller with 10+ years’ experience, this was not an Amazon issue — it was a delivery issue. Would not recommend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AMZAdvisers lost us a lot of money, we had nothing but negative ROI from this project. They ignored ad budgets and went way over on ineffective ads. They did not deliver the creative assets they said they would.

They ignored all of my directives, they ignored budgets, they delivered creative assets months late and never delivered editable source files. They did not course correct after any of my requests to do so.

Nothing. They were awful.

Everything. They could listen to clients, pay attention to their business needs, deliver what they promised to deliver, they could hire competent people.
