We wanted to develop an application to run our operations, which are currently done manually. We aimed to start by building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate the application and collect feedback for developing a full-scale application later. The MVP worked as expected, and 300 people started using it, seeing benefits from day one. We then agreed to deliver the full project, which includes more complex features such as payment integration, monitoring, and analytics.

It was important to automate everything as much as possible to reduce manual handling.

50% decrease in manual processes

They used agile delivery, which means we received working software every two weeks, with each increment introducing new features.Communication was easy, mostly through user stories and we got responses on time.
