Our development team was responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Team Sports Admin, an in-house technology platform created to streamline registration, payment processing, and financial management for youth sports organizations under Team Sports Enterprises. The scope of work included full-cycle product development, beginning with systems architecture and user experience design through API integration, automation, and ongoing performance optimization.
