There is no way to completely summarize the scope of what Amin Softtech did in developing and implementing this mobile application. This was an incredibly difficult project. They have gone above and beyond to not only solve problems when they arose, but proactively stop them from even starting. They have worked tirelessly to create an app that will serve as a benefit in people's lives. Their work encompassed the full software lifecycle, transforming my vision and psychological content into a user-friendly, scalable, ai-powered, transformative and secure mobile platform available on both iOS and Android.

Summary of Key Deliverables:

• Fully functional iOS and Android mobile application ready for public release.
• Customizable challenge system with both user-selected and preset challenge options. This includes ai-powered feedback and tracking.
• Progress tracking suite, including psychological measures, breathing assessments, and reflective journaling tools that all incorporate ai-powered feedback
• Integrated multimedia content library (videos, guided meditations, exercises, educational modules) designed around experiential learning.
• User onboarding flow with introductory video, guidance on app use, and personalized progress pathways.
• Admin/backend system to manage content, track usage, and maintain app performance.
• Comprehensive testing, debugging, and app store deployment support.
• Developed and implemented multiple APIs and third party software into this application to enhance the user experience, scalability and marketability of this app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile application they developed has far exceeded my expectations of what I had first envisioned. They built something that is completely organic and that can grow with me as a company across an expanded userbase, focusing on providing users and myself with the best possible experience.

They have incorporated ai-powered technology into several of the app features, fostering experiential learning, tracking and feedback throughout the user's journey into a happier, healthier, more peaceful and authentic life. They have implemented video conference software, a complex gift code system for marketing purposes, two third party automated email systems, a built-in email system, an extensive video library, customizable challenges along with psychological measurements and tracking, a beautiful UI/UX user interface, comprehensive backend administrative system for me to manage the main application features on my own, external links, and much more. 

The measure of success is that this application has been approved by Apple and Google and is ready to launch and go Live soon. What they have built is truly incredible and I am forever grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, expertise, integrity and creative input.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Amin Softtech has been wonderful at managing expectations throughout this process and mitigating risk. The original timeframe was based on my original vision for the app. They found the flaws in this and helped to make it better, without even charging me more money. What they built required more time than we originally thought, but that is only because I had changed a couple of key features and they went above and beyond to help make this the best possible app for the users and myself. They are wonderful to work with and have a lifetime partner.

 What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication, integrity and how much they truly care about not only me as a customer, but the user and their experience throughout the app. It has been amazing and very inspiring. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I was in Southeast Asia this year and asked if I could stop by to work with them and meet them in person. They helped me with the business visa, picked me up from the airport, helped me secure lodging and immediately made me feel like home and a part of the Family. I am forever grateful for all the Love, kindness and hospitality they have offered me. I truly in my heart know that this app would not be anywhere close to as good as it is, had I worked with anyone else. Everyone in their company is not only extremely competent, but they are also very kind, considerate, and attentive to making this the best possible project every chance they get.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Amin Softtech LLP could have done differently?

No. Everything was absolutely wonderful working with Amin Softtech. I will be working with them for the rest of my life on this and any future business ventures. They are dedicated, dependable, honest, caring and compassionate, experts in their field. And their level of customer support, care and expertise is unmatched.
