The logo was good, the website a scam. It has taken forever for them to edit a website template to our liking and it still looks like a generic template instead of something custom made for our business. I finally accepted it as is, thinking I would make changes myself, but was told it was not transferrable to our current server (although during purchase we were told IT WAS), and that our only option is to pay $799 for THEIR hosting. 

FURIOUS that we are out the $300+ we initially paid for the website design...because I will NOT do business with someone who operates like this.

Absolutely horrible website design and bait and switch tactics with hosting.

Following the website launch, there was a noticeable uptick in website traffic and engagement, accompanied by a corresponding increase in leads generated via the website. The website's ranking on search engine results from pages for relevant keywords also improved, leading to heightened visibility and increased traffic.

Their commitment to timeliness was noteworthy, as all deliverables were provided on schedule. I communicated with George and requested a professional and elegant logo. They provided really terrible logos. The last one looks more like a logo for a baby brand than for a professional company. There is no creativity, they are not responsive to feedback and guidance, and they botch their work. I do not recommend them.

None. I still don't have a logo that would represent well my company.

Slower and slower to answer and minimal edits done each time. Not listening to the guidelines I provided. I think there is a real lack of creativity and these people are not professional.

What impressed me the most about American Design Studios was their ability to listen to my needs and translate them into an engaging video script that accurately represented my brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something American Design Studios  could have done differently?

American Design Studios was a true standout throughout the entirety of our project, surpassing my expectations at every turn. While there is little room for improvement, I would suggest more frequent progress updates, as these would have helped to maintain my enthusiasm and engagement throughout the process. In sum, I would highly recommend American Design Studios for their unparalleled video script services.
