The scope of work included UX/UI desing of the full platform in a phased iterative manner. Onemyle was visualised as a multi sided platform with multiple user personas. Each side of the platform had to be carefully fleshed out to arrive at the user experience and interface design. The deliverables were almost always Figma files for the various user journeys identified.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Conceptual Continuity - because we were building the platform iteratively it was important for us that the partner had a reasonable overall understanding and maintained good continuity across discrete pieces of work.
• Detailing - because we are a startup our requirements would often not be documented in great detail and just explained over calls verbally. It was important not to miss details and also add lot of details where the input is weak or incomplete
• User Feedback - we used to do continuous demos to people to get feedback on the pieces getting built. It was important that the output should get positive feedback and also aid useful insights

Mathu is almost always on time. She is very clear in defining the scope and communicating the cost, effort and timelines. This was a project that we worked across multiple phases in an iterative manner and I did not see her taking her commitments lightly even once. I was very impressed by the ability of the team to convert somewhat abstract inputs to a very specific design. Their process was very simple and straight forward. They emphasized heavily on clear and objective communication. We were kept updated regularly on the progress. So there were no surprises with delivery delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their designs were top notch. The most important aspect I loved about Ambian was that they took absolute ownership of the project as if it was their own, and advised us on every possible way to provide the best experience and get the best ROI for our customers. Another critical point to note is that they are very accommodating with feedback and never hesitated to make changes until we were satisfied.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any issues. I would like Ambian doing what they do best and keep delighting customers.
