Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Plan, produce and film synergistic content for an apparel brand (Ginew) and a rising country western artist. Two songs will be recorded in a remote, rural location in addition to an interview. Key to have culturally appropriate communication style with Native American brand, team and musician. Key deliverables included stills for social media, still carousels for social media, 1 min teaser of interview and song,4-6 cut down videos for social media, full length song video and full length interview video. Additional deliverable was to respond to feedback from the artist and record label for final edits and dissemination requests.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project was completed with no time to waste - the artist had an album release date of approximately one month from production / videography date. All deliverables were completed ahead of schedule and when an unexpected PR issue arose - the vendor was able to nimbly shift to meet everyone's needs. Amapola provided a clear, concise and realistic timeline that was exceeded in all aspects. All deliverables were delivered prior to expected date.

Truly outstanding - working with Amapola was excellent. Their team is kind, affable and are great listeners. They showed up to each meeting prepared with ideas and were welcoming to additional ideas and thoughts to make the most of the project. Amapola was exceptionally responsive, easy to reach, always provided followup to questions in less than 24 hours if not the same day, and truly understood our project and team. Amapola was organized and exceeded the delivery goals of all items. Incredibly gracious and responsive to our needs. As a Native American-owned brand, it was delightful working with them because they truly understood our brand and listened to us. In the final hour a PR issue arouse which required a significant pivot. Amapola took this all in stride and still delivered the items ahead of schedule despite a substantial pivot that needed to occur in the final days before project release.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Organized, on time, excellent listeners and communicators. As a Native American brand, we have never encountered a Native videographer-producer-editor from one of our Tribes. This made the experience truly unique for us...as we did not even know someone from the Tribe with his caliber and skills existed so close to us. Completely impressed with their organization and ability to deliver all items ahead of schedule.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Amapola could have done differently?

All the of the areas for improvement were on our end. I cannot think of anything I would suggest for improvement.
