We were looking at clearing certain unpleasant comments in the comment section of our google business page and social media pages to portray a more business-oriented digital account.

What were your goals for this project?

We decided to do it, In order to attain a highly professional digital space, that appeals to our target audience.

Altahonos came highly recommended by an in house worker on our team. Coming from a trusted teammate, the team made a unanimous decision to go with the recommendation.

From the meeting my team and theirs had, It was evident that the company operates in a well-organized pattern. They focused on what we wanted to be done and paid attention to every detail we pointed out, leaving no stone unturned.

More so, the process of cleaning out our digital space was all laid out at the meeting, including the cost for each account. All agreements made were put into writing and both parties owned a copy. From there, the task was carried out.

My team worked closely with about two people from Alathonos. Not so certain about the general capacity of their workforce.

The task they carried out was a clear representation of excellence. All comments on each of the social media page we put in their hands to get rid of were removed without a trace. It was an excellent job, beyond expectations.

Both teams got along well enough. My team didn’t interfere with their work and they followed all that we stated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was skillful of them to get the job done in no time. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants a cleaned-out digital space and needs it done quickly.

The task was carried out so well, I can’t specifically point out any area, the company needs to implement improvement.

We needed to have our contents rightly copyrighted and have all previously pirated copies online tracked down and blocked. We had no prior knowledge of how to independently get the task carried out, so we outsourced for an expert in the field.

What were your goals for this project?

To make certain that we got recognition for our works. More so, that all recognition and monetary accreditation of our works would come directly in and every inappropriate use of the contents by external factors would be put under control.

My team and I put together a narrowed down list, reached out to about 5 establishments, and laid out what we wanted to be done. Each gave us detailed info of what they could offer and Altahonos came top because theirs aligned with the results we were hoping to have and had the shortest timing to get the job done.

Soon after the selection, we had a series of meeting with the Altahonos team. Both teams went over each detail of the copyrights. They understood that we were novice in their field so the Altathons team gave detailed info on how they would help control the misuse of our contents. All agreements made were put into writing, from the initial to the final ones. For each headway, they made while getting the job done a report was sent. They function in a systematic manner that is professional

The team that handled our project comprised three individuals. I don’t know how many they are in total that works within the establishment.

The outcome was beyond expectations. In no time the copyright to all our digital contents was put in order, outlining our sole ownership and what our contents stand for. Also, all pirated contents online were tracked down and blocked. Now all credits for our works come directly to us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Sincerely, it was a bit of a struggle at first only because both teams are like two sides of a coin. They make use of artificial intelligence, we make use of creativity. Nevertheless, we understood each other after and the work went smoothly from there. They had friendly people in their team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was admirable of the team to explain to us how they can achieve what we wanted. They are a knowledgeable bunch and the job was done in no time. It was not just a quick job, but a job well done.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Concerning the services they offer, it’s one word ‘Top notch’. However, they did not bulge with their fees. There was a lot of back and forth on that matter. We got to an agreement at end of the day anyways and both parties were satisfied.

I am an entrepreneur in the trading business. I buy clothing in bulk from factories and sell them at wholesale prices to retailers.

The need to refine my brand identity was a requirement to propel the business to the next level. I had a false bad review on the google business page and social media platforms that just had to go. I was looking to get more funding to purchase a large quantity of clothing and a delivery van. To increase sales, make the delivery process direct and easy for retailers. Thereby, attracting investors and maximising profit.

They work with a high level of professionalism. The details including the cost of service were laid out during our meeting. They did not request any fee at the beginning of the work. I gave them all the requirements they asked for later on and they went straight to work.

Not sure how many they are in total regarding the capacity of their workforce. I met with only two members of altahonos via zoom call. It was a meeting that enlightened me on certain things. Both individuals were professional.

After the removal of the bad reviews and terrible comments, I was able to apply for a bank loan, which later got granted. Now I have purchased my delivery van and am in the process of closing a clothing line purchase deal. Business is looking good already.

I worked pretty well with their team. It was a smooth process.

The customer service is first-rate. I like the fact that they take time to listen to what you want to be done, and explain to you in clear detail how they can achieve it for you. The team's great service that yields positive results was impressive.

I am satisfied with the service that was rendered. In my opinion, they are doing good enough.

Our space is more refined and secured now. All negative comments were deleted without a trace. Now People see all our positive remarks and others can make comments without having to deal with negative replies. Our brand is stronger and better now.

The rep I spoke with was cordial and professional. We both got along well.
