I’m the senior program manager of Enfold Proactive Health Trust, a non-profit organization that works to prevent gender-based violence and child sexual abuse through education, support services, advocacy, and training for children, adults, professionals, and institutions. We build safer and more inclusive communities across India.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We aimed to develop a scalable, privacy-conscious, and inclusive chatbot to provide scientifically accurate, age-appropriate information on gender, sexuality, consent, and personal safety. The chatbot will break stigma, promote awareness, and strengthen protective environments through accessibility across languages, devices, and platforms.The chatbot is multilingual and accessible via the web. It caters to diverse user groups.. It ensures anonymity, data safety, and age-appropriate information access. We plan to scale deployment across schools, NGOs, and government platforms. Alphech Global was responsible to deliver an accessible, multilingual, age-appropriate chatbot for web and WhatsApp, with voice capabilities, interactive learning features, privacy and safety safeguards, emergency/referral support, and integration with Enfold, partner and government portals. They will also provide UI/UX designs, admin and analytics dashboards, content management tools, and complete technical development, deployment and hosting infrastructure using the agreed technology stack.

We’ve worked with a frontend developer, a backend developer, a UI/UX designer, a tester, and a project manager.

The project involved the design and development of a fully functional Removalist Booking Form for our business website. Alphech’s team was responsible for creating a user-friendly, responsive form that allowed customers to easily request quotes and book services online. The scope of work included:

• Designing an intuitive form layout optimised for both desktop and mobile users.
• Implementing fields for customer details, service type, pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates, and special requirements.
• Adding conditional logic so the form displayed only the relevant fields based on the customer’s selections.
• Integrating the form with our email system to ensure instant notifications for both the customer and our admin team.
• Setting up automated confirmation messages for successful submissions.
• Ensuring the form matched our website’s branding and style.
• Testing the form for functionality, speed, and usability before launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementing the new Removalist Booking Form, we saw an immediate improvement in our online booking process. The form’s intuitive design and conditional logic reduced incomplete submissions by approximately 30%, while overall booking inquiries through the website increased by 25% within the first two months. Customer feedback was positive, noting the ease of use and clarity of the form. Internally, the automated email notifications streamlined our workflow, allowing our team to respond to leads faster, which contributed to a higher conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed jobs.

The only small area for improvement would be to provide more proactive suggestions during the early design stage to help us explore additional features we might not have considered. That said, once we discussed our ideas, they implemented them effectively and without delay.
