I'm the owner of an advertising company. At the moment, the company's staff consists of 35 people.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alpha Solutions, and what were your goals?

I've always wanted to create my system for controlling and monitoring our projects because it's always useful to have a special working space with all benefits and unique functionality that I highly need in a professional environment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found this company on Instagram by coincidence. Alpha Solutions identified the main aims of the system special for my corporation and later created a business analysis with all my ideas and we made a deal. Nice cost, professional management, fresh design and a highly skilled developer - that's what I really need.

Вusiness analysis (use case, flow chart) UX/UI design, and developing of course Frontend:React, redux toolkit, rtk-query, material UI5. Backend:Nestjs, PostgreSQL, TypeORM

Sales manager, Project manager, UX/UI designer, and the Developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All goals have been achieved and I'm so happy that managing my team is much easier now.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager produced clear status reports, communicated candidly and tactfully, made me aware of any issues with the project, and was a good listener. I felt so comfortable that it was like I was speaking to  my friend. Thanks a lot. We used Discord and Jira to coordinate our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a nice tool for work and my employees can use it everywhere. On PC or simply using the web source on their smartphone to check all urgent moments during the day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Didn't find. Minor bugs but they fixed all
