I’m in charge of finances at a trading and real estate company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Alma Consulting Group (ACG)?

We had four engagements related to deciding whether or not we should take over certain projects. Our team sought Alma Consulting’s help for these projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alma Consulting did a feasibility report for us to evaluate how feasible the projects would be economically and financially. The team gave us ideas and recommendations on whether or not we should sell or rent the projects. They also listed the prices of each project in the market. On top of that, they guided us around marketing.

I worked directly with one person.

Alma Consulting was on top of search engine results, which we considered when hiring them. We checked their profile and portfolio and found they were qualified for the job, so we engaged them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration took place in December 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We completed the engagement recently and submitted the feasibility report to our investors. We expect a positive outcome because Alma Consulting’s services have been excellent. Overall, I was happy with their work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had in-depth knowledge of what was going on in the real estate market. We didn’t find these in many companies that specialized in finance. In other words, they were great both in finance and construction.

No, there weren’t any. Their deliverables were good, and I hope they continue working like that.

We recommend anyone to work with them; we’d gladly refer them.
