Following that initial setup, they configured a private cloud network for our patient files and implemented strict multi-factor login protocols. They now provide around-the-clock server monitoring, manage our system backups, and handle all employee IT helpdesk requests.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a major improvement in our system speeds and haven't faced a single security issue since they took over. Our lab staff can now upload and retrieve heavy diagnostic files from the secure database without any lag. Their remote support team solves our local workstation glitches almost instantly when we log a ticket. Knowing that our network complies fully with medical data laws has given our management group a lot of confidence.

They speak to us in regular business terms instead of confusing tech phrases, which makes it very easy to plan upgrades with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AllSafe IT could have done differently?

Didn't experience any performance issues or major gaps during our time working with their staff. The onboarding phase took about two weeks because we had a lot of legacy lab machines that needed custom security configurations, but their engineers handled the setup with a lot of care and patience. Everything has been running perfectly since then, so we really don't have any criticisms.

After that initial update, they moved our entire team over to Microsoft 365 and set up secure cloud backups for our project files. They installed advanced firewalls, configured remote access for our site managers, and now handle all our ongoing software updates and IT helpdesk tickets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The change has been huge for our daily operations and has saved my staff a lot of frustration. We haven't experienced a single hour of network downtime since they took over our systems. Our site supervisors can now load heavy project maps instantly on their tablets while out in the field. Whenever an employee runs into a computer glitch, their helpdesk fixes it over a quick call within fifteen minutes. Our overall data protection feels solid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AllSafe IT could have done differently?

We haven't run into any real problems with their IT services or their technical support staff. Everything has been running perfectly since that transition, so we have no complaints.
