History

ALL NATIVE GROUP is a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., the award-winning economic development corporation owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Founded in 1994, Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s mission is to provide long-term economic self-sufficiency and job opportunities for the Winnebago Tribe. In an effort to diversify the corporation and open new avenues for growth, Ho-Chunk, Inc. started the information technology company All Native Systems in 1999, becoming the first company within the All Native Group.

SBA 8(a)

Entering the SBA 8(a) program, All Native Systems earned its first federal contract as a subcontractor in 2004. Since that first contract, our companies have continued to grow and diversify service offerings to the Federal Government. Our core capabilities include Training Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Professional Services, and Health and Logistics Services.

Local Impact

Revenue from government contracts that All Native Synergies and the other companies within the ALL NATIVE GROUP have been awarded has made a big impact in the Winnebago community. We reinvest profits back into the community by developing businesses to provide jobs; building a master planned community on the reservation for better housing and homeownership opportunities; an internship program designed to expose promising young tribal members to all facets of business; as well as helping the Tribe move forward in their goals.
