I’m the founder of Yellow Collar. It’s an ad and software development agency. I also have an online business platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with AliteProjects?

I needed a team that could develop various systems and platforms required in-house and by clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AliteProjects primarily develops mobile and web applications. They also handle a variety of tasks, both for our clients and in-house. Currently, they’re also working on blockchain.

What is the team composition?

There’s a project manager, the owner, a technical head, and coders.

How did you come to work with AliteProjects?

I found them listed on the Meteor website. Compared to the other companies I considered, AliteProjects was professional and flexible. They had the skillset I was looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $200,000–$999,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in December 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been brilliant. They go the extra mile and often over-deliver. There was a project that was overshot by three months, but they fixed and finished it with no problem on the budget.

How did AliteProjects perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email. For tracking, we use Jira and another project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their dedication and loyalty are exceptional. AliteProjects is much better than other companies I’ve worked with over the years.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Communication and proper documentation could use some improvement; they’re lacking in those aspects.
