What challenge were you trying to address with Alfram Videography, LLC?

 I wanted to bring my business to the next level and get exposure, but I also wanted a professional job done. I needed a brand video that would reach more people.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told Owen (Owner) what I was looking for and he took it to the next level with suggestions about what we could do that were tailored to my creativity.

Owen videotapes my events and recorded testimonials from my clients and events. The brand video tells my story. He did another video that displays all the services that I offer, and it includes my logo and music.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Owen (Owner). He sometimes brings other people along when he captured footage.

How did you come to work with Alfram Videography, LLC?

A friend referred me to Own. I knew he was a great fit from the beginning because he was so professional. He was interested in me and my business, and we mapped out our plan together. He let me know if he could do what I was looking for. Without asking, he’d even gone to the venue he would film at. He works from a place of integrity.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $3,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since July 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve had a number of people comment on the quality and professionalism of the videos. Owen has made a video promoting two out of the three big events I’ve done since we signed together, and I’ve sold out both of those events.  

How did Alfram Videography, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

He’s always open to feedback. There’ve been some things I wanted to change, and he let me go through the raw footage. We’ve collaborated a few times to tweak a few things. Everything is accessible through a link he sends me.

We communicate over phone calls, FaceTime, text, and email. He always responds in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Owen is extremely talented at his craft, and he has an eye for putting raw footage together with music and crafting a finished product. He’s brought my business to the next level with the professionalism and creativity that I needed.

Owen is not your typical videographer; he’s creative and captivating. If you look at the categories of professionals he’s worked with on his website, the videos he does for each person is carefully created and thought out. He showcases each individual for who they are: from the logo to the different camera angles and more. He’s exceptional.

He was able to showcase my authentic self, talents, and more.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing. Owen has always been receptive and open.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open. Everybody has their own ideas, but also be open to incorporating what Owen may see in your vision, in addition to what you see. He’s the expert, so sometimes we see it one way but there might be an angle that we don’t see, realize, or know that will take your product to another level.
