RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest improvement was how much easier it became for potential customers to reach us. As a contractor, we are often out on jobs and cannot always answer the phone right away. The AI voice agent helped us handle incoming calls, answer basic questions, and collect customer information when we were unavailable. The website also gave us a more professional online presence and made it easier for customers to see what services we provide and contact us.
The AI chatbot gave customers another way to reach us online without having to wait for someone to respond manually. Overall, the project helped us stay connected with potential customers, reduce missed opportunities, and make the business look more professional online.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Alephtech2020 did a good job managing the project from start to finish. They kept us updated, explained what was being worked on, and made the process easy to follow. The website, AI chatbot, and AI voice agent were delivered on time, and when we had questions or wanted something adjusted, they responded quickly.
As a contractor, I do not have a lot of time to go back and forth on technical details, so I appreciated that they listened to what we needed and handled the technical side for us. Overall, communication was good, the project stayed on track, and they were responsive whenever we needed help.

What was your primary form of communication with Alephtech2020?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was that Alephtech2020 could handle several parts of the project in one place. They built our website, set up the AI chatbot, and created the AI voice agent without making the process complicated. As a contractor, we needed solutions that were practical and easy to use, not just something that looked good on paper.
They understood that and focused on tools that could actually help us communicate with customers and avoid missing potential jobs. Their ability to combine website development with AI technology in a way that made sense for our business was probably the most unique part of working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alephtech2020 could have done differently?

Overall, we were satisfied with the project and the way Alephtech2020 handled everything. If there was one area for improvement, it would be providing a little more training at the end of the project on how all of the AI tools work together.
The systems were easy to use, but a short walkthrough or written guide would have made it even easier for our team to get comfortable with everything right away. Other than that, they were responsive, completed what we needed, and made adjustments whenever we asked.
